Access and authorised use

CivilCraft QLD Pty Ltd provides this platform for authorised project and organisation users. Use only the accounts, organisations, projects and information you have permission to access. Keep sign-in details private and notify nick@civilcraft.au about suspected unauthorised access.

Your documents and connected services

Uploading or importing material does not transfer ownership of your documents to CivilCraft. You authorise processing needed to provide the functions you request, subject to your organisation's access controls and our privacy policy. You must have permission to upload, import and process that material, including through any selected AI processing function.

Google Drive access is optional and uses the permissions shown during Google's consent process. You may revoke the connection through your Google Account. Revocation does not automatically delete imported documents or audit history; contact us to request an authorised removal.

Review before relying on results

AI classifications, filing suggestions, extracted information and estimating outputs can contain errors. Review them against the original documents before approval or use. They do not replace qualified engineering, quantity surveying, financial or legal review. Availability of a screen does not establish that a feature has been released for operational use.

Responsible operation

Do not bypass access controls, attempt to obtain another organisation's private information, introduce malicious content, or disrupt the service. Project administrators must grant access only to authorised people. Releases, imports and paid processing remain subject to the platform's existing controls.

Service arrangements and enquiries

Features may be under development or temporarily unavailable. Pricing, support commitments and commercial arrangements are handled separately with your organisation; these pages do not establish a new subscription or payment obligation. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
