CivilCraft is a private software platform for development, civil construction and building teams, operated by CivilCraft QLD Pty Ltd.

What the platform does

The Data Hub organises project documents, folders and filing history. Authorised users can review document classifications and proposed filing locations, make corrections, and retain their original documents. Civil estimating and construction management tools are also under development; availability depends on the approved release and your organisation's permissions.

Google Drive connection

Connecting Google Drive is optional. The existing importer requests read-only access to identify folders and files and copy selected project documents into the Data Hub, preserving their names and source paths. The read-only import connection does not edit or delete your original Drive files.

A separate, explicitly authorised recovery connection can save encrypted recovery packages to a selected Drive location. That connection uses a separate Google permission; it does not replace the read-only importer.

AI document assistance

When authorised document processing is enabled and requested, relevant document text or visual content may be sent to the configured AI provider to propose a classification or filing location. A proposal requires review; it does not replace engineering, financial or contractual judgement.
